Stand up Paddle boarding is a great way to get out and explore our local waters.

From beginners to more experienced paddlers we offer a chance to get out on the sea during those flat and calm days.

1. Lessons run for 1hr 30 mins
2. 30 mins before the lesson we ask you to meet us at our shop in Dunfanaghy, so we can kit you out with a toasty wetsuit and a SUP
3. Then we ask you to drive to a beach we have selected based on that days weather conditions - not more than 10 mins drive away
4. Once there we get changed into our wetsuits and paddle away!!
