SUP YOGA with Cloé

Swap your yoga mat for a paddleboard and try SUP yoga this summer.

Perfect for paddleboarders, yogis or complete beginners to both - it’s suitable for all levels and abilities!

We’ll start and end our practice with a mindful paddle and relaxation, to help you wind down after a busy day or week and to build your confidence on the board.

During the practice, you’ll reconnect with yourselves, the water and nature, while having fun and improving your balance, flexibility and strength.

You’ll leave the class feeling calm, refreshed and relaxed.

Classes are taught by Cloé, a SUP instructor, RYT 200 yoga teacher, SUP & SUP yoga instructor. When she’s not teaching you’ll find her outdoors paddle boarding hiking, cycling, sailing and kayaking (to name a few!).

Classes are £35 per person per hour and last 1 hour and 30 minutes to allow you time to learn about the board and get on and off the water.

All equipment is provided.

You can wear yoga clothes, swimwear or a combination of both!

⚠️ ⛈️ All SUP sessions are subject to weather conditions. If we postpone the sessions as a safety precaution, we will offer other suitable dates or a Voucher.

⚠️ Each class needs a minimum of 4 STUDENTS.

⚠️ In the case of the underbooked session, you may be offered a different time or a Voucher.

⚠️ 🐼 The minimum age is 8 years old, but at least ONE adult MUST participate in the session. Please check with us, whenever the session would be suitable for the young ones

What to bring

What should I bring for a taster session?Paddleboarding is not a falling in sport. Virtually none of our clients fall in – and any dunkings that have occurred (are almost always due to over-exuberance (and thus entirely avoidable if you want to stay dry)So you’re not actually going to get wet, you really don’t need any special kit for paddleboarding (unless you’re going out in the waves, which is not on the agenda for any of our beginners sessions). However, if you want to play safe there would be no harm in having a change of clothing and a towel in your car for your first few sessions, just in case.Your feet are the only part of your body that will come into contact with the water, but boards have good grip so bare feet or some water shoes will be fine. Please bring bottled water and may be a snack for after your lessonSunglasses are advisable, and on hot days it’s worth having some sun screen on , as you always burn faster on the water.Other than that, just bring yourself and your enthusiasm. You’re going to have fun out there 😎

If you can swim it's a bonus but we ere able to run a sessions for non swimmers on one2one basis.
