These sessions are for young people who want to learn new skills and splash about!
We aim to introduce SUP and also some Kayaking and Canoeing before progressing onto more advanced paddling techniques and skills and learning about the marine environment. Of course there will be lots of games and 'potentially' lots of swimming!
We recommend that children come for full weeks or days to enable them to get the most out of it and enable them to progress and develop alongside other participants. However they will be able to join at any stage and be introduced to the activities in an inclusive way by coaches and other participants.

What to bring
What to wear?
No specialist clothing is required. Active wear such as shorts, t-shirt or light layers are fine in warm weather. No cotton/jean/denim as this stays cold when wet. If it is chilly, add a fleece and waterproofs. Footwear is mandatory. Bring an extra pair of sandals or trainers you don’t mind getting wet to paddle in.
Wetsuits are available on request. Towel and a change of clothes is important to have.
Also a packed lunch if they are staying on site for lunch.
