    Colin is a former Great Britain international athlete at two sports. In addition, Colin is qualified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (nasm.org) for over 14 years.

    I shall serve you to the best of my ability in a safe and warm environment to ensure you meet your personal goals with proven sports science.

    All standards and levels are welcome.

    We shall educate and develop your well-being first and foremost.

    You are required to complete the following on arrival:

    1. PAR-Q form - personal details
    2. Musculoskeletal screen - 3D
    3. Functional movement screen
    4. Contraindication - any past/current injury
    5. All information recieved are Staff in Confidence.
