The session will be supervised by a WSA instructor who can show the basics and offer tips, or advice if you are looking at buying your first paddle board or upgrading.

WHATS INCLUDED:

Paddle board, wetsuit, paddle, leash, and buoyancy aid.

If you need to wear glasses or sunglasses, we recommend you bring with you & use a floating retaining strap (we sell these in our shop as well).

All our kit, including buoyancy aids, boards, paddles are cleaned after each session.

CHANGING:

Please bring with you everything you might need to get changed either on the beach or at the car park. There is a cold outdoor shower at Porth Eirias to wash any kit off or even yourself!

Minimum age of 12:

Each child under the age of 18 must be accompanied (i.e. booked on the session) by a parent or legal guardian, who will have sole responsibility for their safety and welfare 

We suggest that you bring with you, swimwear, a fleece or warm sports top (not cotton) for the cooler days and footwear (wetsuit booties, water shoes or old trainers) and a towel.

Individual dry bags available for any medication/kit you need to bring.
