This two hour session take you from zero to hero, it develops technical improvement, moving on the water, race skills and confidence building.

We will need to make sure you are over the age of 18 or accompanied by an adult. If under 18 we will provide a parental consent form.

Suitable clothing and footwear for the water and a dry set of clothes plus towel for afterwards. Plus personal food and drink.
