Cancellation Policy
We need five full days (120 hours) notice for a full refund if the customer is unable to attend. We are willing to discuss partial refunds in special situations where this minimum notice has not been provided.
Thames PaddleboardingThe location will agreed between the candidate and assessor prior to the event. All participants should be made aware that locations and the date of the assessment can be subject to change at short notice and are dependant on suitable weather conditions.
