Proper paddle height, paddle technique and Turning tips will increase your speed and stability, Correct paddle technique will also prevent injury.
We will spend some time too on Safety and Self Rescue Techniques and Weather / Risk Assessment which is essential.
The Goal is to make you a more confident, Fun and safe paddler!

What to bring
Your Own Paddle board
Paddle, leash and your pump
Buoyancy aid is provided and included in your lesson cost If you do not have one.
Please Bring your own wetsuit if you have it as you know the fit.
If you need a wetsuit please notify us in advance.
Wetsuit booties or old Runners are advisable to protect your feet.
