On this group lesson you will be guided through balancing on your paddle board, how to stand up, and some basic paddle strokes to get you moving on the water. Your 2021 kit will be all set up and waiting for you ready to jump in the water. We try to arrange sessions according to the tides which means we can operate in mostly waist deep water. Our instructors will fit you out with buoyancy aids but we recommend some wetsuit boots or old trainers.
