WOW Swim Club sessions are generally distance swims that can be up to 2k or more depending on the location and/or conditions. It will give you the opportunity to challenge your ability and technique, with a focus on open water skill development.
Sessions will be based on swimming front crawl (freestyle) and would be excellent training for triathletes, surfers and swimmers alike.
Please allow time for getting to the beach and getting changed. Time in the water may vary depending location, conditions and temperature.
Please be aware that session times may vary, depending on location and weather conditions. You will be informed of any changes as close to the date as possible.

Locations of swims may change according to the forecast conditions. You will be contacted via email to confirm the exact location 24 hours prior or if it needs to be cancelled.
April - morning tide times become increasingly earlier!

30th - CARBIS BAY (if the wind stays easterly)
MAY SESSIONS - spring/summer sessions will be mid-week as well as weekends.
SATURDAY 7th @ 09:30 - Daymer Bay, Padstow
FRIDAY 13th @ 17:00 - Marazion, Penzance
MONDAY 16th @ 18:00 - Loe Beach, Feock - MOVED TO GREBE DUE TO WIND
The water is cold and it is your responsibility to get warm and dry as quickly as possible after the session.

If the conditions on the day aren’t ideal but the activity is still taking place, refunds & rescheduling will only be provided under special circumstance
Wild & Open Water Swim CoachingLocation to be determined a few days prior, but typically in Newquay on spring tides and St Austell area on neap tides, conditions dependent. Please note: sessions may be cancelled at short notice due to poor conditions.
