Sport & Fit Conditioning Class (ZOOM)

Oakham

A standing and floor based session covering all major muscle groups with balance, varied tempo, strength and core challenges. The objective of these sessions is to improve your strength, balance and core for both sports and functional movement.

The class will take you through varied full range-of-motion movement that challenges both body and mind.

You will need your own mat and it's helpful if you have additional equipment (e.g. swiss balls, resistancve bands, sliders, weights) to hand but options will be given with bodyweight only.


What to bring

As you are doing this class at home you will need your own mat and any equipment (e.g.swiss ball, weights, resistance bands) that you would like to use.

Requirements

A reliable ZOOM link.

You must be able to get up and down from the floor relatively quickly.. If you have any significant medical issue or you are an older exerciser new to aerobic exercise with a varied range of movement patterns and floorwork this class may be a little intensive to start your fitness journey. Please contact Mary for advice on other suitable options


Itinerary

A complementary mixture of leg work, arm work, core control and balance. Options available for beginners and those with more experience - safety in movement but enough challenge to be fun!

Full refund or Voucher with 72hrs+ notice. Move forward available with 24hr notice.

Please be kind. We will do everything we can to support you and provide refunds, vouchers or move bookings forward to a new date if you need to cancel late please read the information about the activity before you commit to book.

And if WE cancel for any reason you will get a full, no-quibble refund, voucher or the booking will be moved forward at your request.
