Kettles & Core Class (Studio)

Oakham

A class based on simple but effective exercises targeted at specific parts of the body and with different challenges throughout. Always changing and evolving to keep it interesting and effective. Open to all with a reasonable fitness level and no significant medical issues with time to add advice and instruction on form and the rationale for each exercise.


The format is a 30min kettlebell session followed by 30 min core work. As we go through the class I will explain the purpose and value of each exercise and monitor your technique to make sure that you are both effective and safe in everything that you do. And most of all, I hope to provide a fun way to improve your fitness and wellbeing.

 

If you have any significant medical issues which clinically limit your range and speed of movement; or are on older exerciser new to aerobic exercise with a varied range of movement patterns and floorwork this class may be a little intensive to start your fitness journey. Please contact Mary for advice on whether this is a suitable starting option for you.


What to bring

Your own mat, drink and towel.

Requirements

Masks are not requred but we respectfully request that you are either double vaccinated or take a lateral flow test before attending. We use state of the art UV-C air cleansing units to create a safer indoor environment in which to exercise.


You ideally should be able to get up and down from the floor relatively easily.


If you have any significant medical issue or you are an older exerciser new to aerobic exercise with a varied range of movement patterns and floorwork this class may be a little intensive to start your fitness journey. Please contact Mary for advice on other suitable options.

Strength and core work at your own level, with explanation throughout of the value of the exercise and how we can change the intensity, range and impact of each.

Cancellations

Full refund or Voucher with 72hrs+ notice. Move forward available with 24hr notice.

Please be kind. We will do everything we can to support you and provide refunds, vouchers or move bookings forward to a new date if you need to cancel late please read the information about the activity before you commit to book.

Please contact Mary as soon as possible (mary@inspire2tri.com) if you cannot attend a class that you have booked. .

And if WE cancel for any reason you will get a full, no-quibble refund, voucher or the booking will be moved forward at your request.
