    A class based on simple but effective exercises targeted at specific parts of the body and with different challenges throughout. Always changing and evolving to keep it interesting and effective. Open to all with a reasonable fitness level and no significant medical issues with time to add advice and instruction on form and the rationale for each exercise.

    The format is a full body workout in a fun circuits format using a whole range of equipment (e.g. bands, swiss balls, TRX, gliders). As we go through the class I will explain the purpose and value of each exercise and monitor your technique to make sure that you are both effective and safe in everything that you do. And most of all, I hope to provide a fun way to improve your fitness and wellbeing.

    If you have any significant medical issues which clinically limit your range and speed of movement; or are on older exerciser new to aerobic exercise with a varied range of movement patterns and floorwork this class may be a little intensive to start your fitness journey. Please contact Mary for advice on whether this is a suitable starting option for you.








    Requirements

    We respectfully request that you do not come if you have COVID or COVID like symptoms. We use state of the art UV-C air cleansing units to create a safer indoor environment in which to exercise.

    You ideally should be able to get up and down from the floor relatively easily.

    If you have any significant medical issue or you are an older exerciser new to aerobic exercise with a varied range of movement patterns and floorwork this class may be a little intensive to start your fitness journey. Please contact Mary for advice on other suitable options.
