Stand up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is one of the best ways to connect with nature and help relax. The feeling of gliding through the water can clear your head and refocus your mind.

This lesson is for novices who are new to the sport, those who just want a refresher or if you just want to try something new for fun! Bookings available 1:1 or for up to groups of 5.

WHAT YOU GET

*Please be aware that our lessons are very weather dependant and whilst the majority of conditions are fine to paddle in we do reserve the right to cancel if weather dictates so. Our priority is your safety and enjoyment and we will ensure you get booked back in as soon as possible! *

- Water ( please do not bring a single use plastic bottle, we care a lot about the environment)

- a change of warm clothes, footwear and underwear (in case you go for a dip)

- Swimwear for under your wetsuit (and your wetsuit if you are bringing your own)

- a jumper you don't mind possibly getting wet

- old trainers or water sports shoes (closed toe) - these will get wet

-gloves (preferably neoprene) as your hands can get chilly!

- any personal medications
