Based around Paddleboarding, but with so much more on land!

During this session, we spend time developing people's paddle boarding, introducing them to paddling in the river as well us creating an awareness of the river environment.

There is the opportunity to swim in the rapids and to do a number of jumps into the river.

All equipment provided:

1. Winter wetsuit
2. Spray tops
3. Wetsuit socks & gloves
4. Buoyancy aids and Helmets.

1. Minimum age of 12.
2. Confidence in the water.
3. Get yourself back on a paddle board

1. Wetsuit (If you have one..winter wetsuit/5mm).
2. Swimwear for under the wetsuit
3. Pair of old trainers or water shoes
4. Bring warm clothes for afterwards.
