Description
These sessions offer an opportunity to develop paddle skills and increase fitness both on and off the water. Sessions will include some gentle yoga / pilates based exercises on the water, to challenge and develop core strength and promote mental health and well-being.
Some basic paddle skills are required and all levels of ability are welcome.
Sessions are run by a qualified Water Skills Academy Adventure Guide Instructor and L3 Personal Trainer.
Chichester SUP Club members, These sessions are free for gold members and silver members receive a 50% discount. Please make sure that you can attend before booking a place. Spaces can be booked up to 14 days prior to each event.
*If you are unable to attend any booked activities, please cancel on the system at the earliest opportunity. If cancelling within 24 hours of an event for any reason, please be aware that there will be a charge (£25). Late cancellation's mean that your place cannot be offered to others.
