The next Chichester SUP Club away paddle will be on Chichester Harbour on Sunday 4th July. We will meet at the Itchenor Slipway at 6pm for a safety briefing before setting off at 6.30pm, we will be paddling against the tide for a while before we make the turn towards Bosham and then we will enjoy a tide assisted paddle exploring the area. Please bring a picnic/snacks and drink as we will stop on the green by the harbour for refreshments. High tide is at 8.30pm so we will enjoy slack water for our return paddle and hopefully finish with an awesome sunset around 9.15pm.

Paid Parking is available at North Shore Itchenor, you can drop your board at the slipway and go and park. A harbour license is required and be purchased from this link.

This paddle is suitable for those who are able to paddle for an hour each way on water that has a gentle flow. please speak to us for advice if you are unsure.

Suitable clothing, wetsuits and quick release waist belts will be required so please let us know in advance if you need to hire from us so that we can have them ready.

Please book up to 14 days before the event that you wish to attend.

*If you are unable to attend any booked activities, please cancel on the system at the earliest opportunity. If cancelling within 24 hours of an event such as the Club away days, Polo or Progression sessions for any reason, please be aware that there will be a charge (£15). Late cancellation's, either the night before or on the day, mean that your place cannot be offered to others.

To be able to paddle for one hour each way on water with a gentle flow, if in doubt please contact us for advice.

Board and paddle, buoyancy aid, waist belt leash and clothing suitable for the water temperature.

A picnic and drink.

We will paddle in the harbour and head to Bosham, bring drinks and a picnic as we will stop here before the return paddle to Itchenor.
