Private Group SUP Session

Grab a few friends, family members, or work colleagues and enjoy a fun SUP session on the river. From complete beginners to SUP fans that have paddled before, I will make sure your group has a fun, safe, and unforgettable time on the river.

Don’t have your own stand-up paddleboard? Then hire one from SUPera! Tick-on adds-on 'Board required' and we would supply you with a full stand-up paddleboarding kit.

The session will be delivered to our designated location*.

What to bring

Please bring water to keep you hydrated during and after session.

Please don't forget about a towel and spare clothes just in case if you get wet for your journey home (hopefully you won’t need them!).

We recommend you wear what makes you feel comfortable depending on the weather condition.

  1. Shorts and t-shirt if it’s warm, leisure/gym wear if it's not.
  2. If you have neoprene clothing or wetsuit that's even better.
  3. Wet shoes, flip flops or old trainers are recommend. In the summer you may wish to take them off and be bare foot on the board.

During summer months, please also bring suntan lotion, hat and insect spray for the evening session if you have it.

We can look after car keys, but please leave other valuables in your car.


Requirements

– You should be able to swim.

– You should be over 18.

– You must have completed our booking form prior to the session.

Itinerary

Session will focus on whatever you want to achieve. It can be simple as introduction to SUP, improving techniques, team bounding or celebrate important day in a funny and active way!

Cancellations

Full refund if canceled with more than 1 week's notice | 50% refund if cancelation is made between 1 week and 48 hours before session | NO refund made if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before session

Cancellations and Alterations by the customer:

  1. All cancellations must be made by telephone or email. SUPERA will acknowledge a cancellation within 48 hours of receiving it. Until the customer has received confirmation the original booking remains valid.
  2. Late arrivals and no-shows constitute as a cancellation and will be treated as such. No refunds or re-bookings will be given.

 

Stand Up Paddle Lessons, Adventures, and Clinics:

- Cancellations made with more than 1 week's notice can expect a full refund.

- Cancellations made between 1 week and 48 hours before a session will be given a 50% refund of the total fee.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session will receive NO REFUND.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers must be used by the expiry date unless other arrangements have been made. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been purchased however the gift vouchers are transferable to other people.

 

 

Equipment hire:

- Cancellations made with more than 1 week's notice can expect a full refund.

- Cancellations made between 1 week and 48 hours before a session will be given a 50% refund of the total fee.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session will receive NO REFUND.

In all circumstances, no refund will be made once the equipment has been delivered.

 

Alterations:

  1. If, after your payment has been received, you wish to alter your activity in any way, we will do what we reasonably can to accommodate such changes, but it may not always be possible.
  2. Any request for changes must be in writing via email by the organiser in your party. You will be liable to pay any costs and expenses that we incur in making this alteration.
  3. If you or any member of your party is unable to proceed with the activity, you may transfer the booking to a substitute person, provided they satisfy all the conditions applicable to the original booking. The cancellation policy will apply to you or any members of your party if unable to transfer the booking.
  4. Customers wishing to add to a party after the initial booking will only be able to do so if sufficient places are available. Availability should not be assumed and you should contact us to check availability first.
  5. An alteration to the original booking date can be made 1 week prior to the commencement date without penalty and subject to availability. If the request is made within 1 week of the booking, an additional charge of 10% of the total fee will be incurred.
  6. No refund is offered if the client refuses to comply with SUPERA policies and the Instructor determines the client cannot participate in the activity (e.g. client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol).
  7. If the client advises the Instructor of a medical condition such that the Instructor decides that it would be unsafe for the client to participate in the activity, a full refund will be offered.
  8. If the Instructor becomes aware of a client’s medical condition after the lesson has commenced, such that the Instructor determines it is unsafe for the client to continue in the activity, no refund will be offered.

 

Cancellations and Alterations by SUPERA:

  1. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that your lesson runs, SUPERA may at times need to cancel, or alter the location and/ or itinerary due to dangerous and/or unsuitable conditions beyond our control (including staff illness).
  2. SUPERA may also cancel, postpone or reschedule an activity if there are not enough people booked on the session/ event to make it viable.
  3. SUPERA shall notify the customer of any cancellations or alterations of the booking no less than 6 hours prior to the commencement of the booking.
  4. In the event of a cancellation by SUPERA, customers will be offered the choice of the following options:

- Full refund of the fee paid.

- Another booking on a different date.

- Gift Voucher Valid for 1 year from session date.
