    Requirements
    1. No experienced needed (The Level 1 is not a pre-requisite for this course, adults should be able to start from Level 2)
    2. Suitable for 16 years +
    3. Must be a good range of movement (to be able to freely move around, onto/out of the boat)

    Itinerary

    This Course is a mixture of both theory and practical elements. The Majority of the time will be spent on the water with shorter classroom based theory elements.
