A friendly & gentle 2.5hr social paddle for competent paddleboarders.

The pace is steady, paddling as a group for 45-60mins before having a break at a riverside pub or with supplies we take with us. Then a short 20-30 minute paddle back to the starting point.

The objective is to share the glide and paddle with some like-minded paddleboarders and enjoy a pint along the way (other beverages are available!). 

It is not a race and no one gets left behind. Paddlers must be competent and able to control the board at all times.

just SUP uk accepts no responsibility for any damage to paddlers own boards.

1. Participants must be experienced/competent paddleboarders (ie. basic board control, steering & stopping)
2. Over 18yrs old only.

1. Towel & change of clothes (just in case)
2. Spare trainers/water shoes.
3. Signed copy of the Consent & Medical Declaration Form

1. Safety briefing.
2. Upstream paddle appx 45-60 mins.
3. Refreshments (not included) & return paddle (appx 25 mins).
