A Back to School beginner group lesson with a BSUPA Instructor.

Our expert instructor will take the group through everything from getting on (and off) a board safely, paddle technique and controlling your board. You'll also learn about water safety and the rules of the river.

Ideal for the complete beginner or those wanting to brush up on the correct paddle techniques.

This lesson will be a combination of some land-based theory followed by water based instruction. Our aim is to get everyone out on the water for as much of the time as possible.

By the end of the session you should be standing up, paddling up and down the river and have your board under control.

All equipment is included but if you need a wetsuit please remember to add this as an extra when booking.

3. Min age 12 yrs and must be accompanied on the water by an adult.
