  • Description

Develop from our Self Rescue 1 course and progress into day 2.

Day 2 of this course will be a scenarios day, where we are looking to perform rescues by utilising the skills learnt on day 1.

The working knowledge we have developed will be put into practice - we are looking at what to do next and gain judgement towards selecting the appropriate techniques for the terrain and the situation.

We will then look into more complex systems and emergency techniques such as:

    1. Counter balance abseils
    2. Abseiling with an injured climber
    3. Multi pitch descents with an injured climbers
