Bespoke Guided Rock Climbing - 2 Day

Lake District Mountaineering offers a private guiding service for rock climbing all over the national park. For this service we engage local, active and experienced Mountaineering Instructors to support you on your journey and offer a high quality experience for LDM customers.

This 2 day experience will allow for further contact time with your instructor. The intention here is also to complete a more adventurous climb on day 2, heading into the mountains or climbing a classic rock route as an example

These privates days work best for small groups and individuals that are looking for a more focussed experience towards achieving a climbing goal or wanting to climb specific routes.

Our private guided days allow us to focus on you and your climbing partner, this allows for tailored instruction and coaching to take place.

On enquiry we will discuss your objectives and aspirations as well as your experience levels, this will allow for us to create a bespoke programme for you.

The objectives you have may be achievable on enquiry or we may need to develop a working and professional relationship towards developing your skills and progression at a suitable pace.

Alternatively, we are happy to offer this is as a one off climbing experience, where we will take you to a venue and show you how to climb and introduce the sport to you on a private basis, allowing you to take the day at your own pace.

We will match the climbs and venues to your aspirations and expectations - venues we use include:

  1. Raven Crag (Langdale)
  2. Upper Scout Crag
  3. Shepherds Crag
  4. Black Crag (Borrowdale)
  5. Castle Rock
  6. Gimmer Crag
  7. Dow Crag

And more!
