    Learn how to make a trio of different flavoured pestos.

    1. Traditional Ligurian basil pesto
    2. Sicilian tomato almond pesto
    3. Walnut pesto


    We will then cook a pasta recipe using one of these pestos.


    Food processor is needed


    Please note that price per ticket is per person. For example, if two people are joining in from the same household, you must buy two tickets.

    What to bring

    Ingredients (2 portions)


    PESTO ALLA GENOVESE
    1. 25g basil leaves, removed from stalk
    2. 1 tbsp pine nuts
    3. 1 garlic clove, peeled
    4. 1/4 tsp sea salt
    5. 3 tbsp parmesan
    6. 100ml extra virgin olive oil


    PESTO ALLA TRAPANESE
    1. 12 basil leaves
    2. 12 cherry tomatoes
    3. 1 garlic clove, peeled
    4. 2 tbsp pecorino romano, or parmesan
    5. 25g flaked almonds
    6. 50ml extra virgin olive oil
    7. Sea salt
    8. Black pepper


    WALNUT HERB SAUCE
    1. 50g shelled walnuts
    2. Dry sage, rosemary and oregano
    3. 6 basil leaves
    4. 1 garlic clove, peeled
    5. 2 tbsp pecorino romano, or parmesan
    6. 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
    7. Sea salt
    8. Black pepper


    Other ingredients

    1. 200g potato
    2. 100g green beans
    3. 250g pasta (trofie, fusilli or linguine)
