Kids bushcraft birthday party (age 7+)

Our bushcraft birthday parties combine adventure and fun in the great outdoors.

Adventurers will leave with a certificate, smelling of campfire, big grins on their faces & tales of their Adventure. Book a bushcraft party for a birthday they won’t forget!

For 6 to 12 children aged 7 to 11 - £14 to £18 per child depending on group size.

What to bring

All children will need:

  1. Completed parental consent form
  2. Warm clothing and a waterproof jacket
  3. Flat, closed shoes - boots, trainers, wellies
  4. Bottled drink

Requirements

  1. For children aged 7 - 11 (children of Primary School age)
  2. Car share where possible
  3. 2 adults maximum please to stay with the party to help supervise
  4. Participants need to be able to walk within an uneven woodland, stand, kneel, bend and lift items to be able to do the activities
  5. Completed parental consent forms (for all children) - parents should seek medical advice if they're unsure if their child is able to participate

  3. Natural shelter building and the waterproof test!
  4. Have a go at different fire lighting methods
  5. Toast marshmallows
  6. Certificate for all Adventurers

Cancellations made by You

We recognise that occasionally you may wish to change your mind.

The following cancellation terms and conditions and charges apply (the number of days referred to does not include the date of the event, which is day 0)

Individual tickets for open group events

  1. Refunds or ticket transfers to another event can only be made 14 days or more in advance of the event you have booked on to
  2. This means that tickets purchased for an event that takes places within 13 days of purchase are non-refundable and non-transferable
  3. Refunds or ticket transfers to another event cannot be made if we receive your cancellation or transfer request 13 days or less before the event. You can give your ticket to someone else to attend.

Private group event bookings

  1. Full refund if cancelled 4 weeks (28 days or more) before the date of your event.
  2. If we receive your cancellation request 27 days or less before the date of your event, 100% of the payment will either be forfeited or outstanding payment due. If a booking is made for an event taking place within the next 27 days, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
  3. You can reduce your group size up until 2 weeks (14 days or more) before the date of your event and get a full refund for those individual places – please note: group size cannot be reduced to below the minimum group number.

Covid-19 related cancellations made by you (group events and individual ticketed events)*

If you or anyone in your household has symptoms of coronavirus, you must not attend and please contact us as soon as possible. You will be offered to either transfer your tickets to another event (within 12 months) or to receive a gift voucher valid for 12 months.

*please note: if Bushcraft Adventures has to close or local lockdown restrictions prevent you from coming, you will be offered either a full refund or to transfer your tickets
