SUP Pilates

There is a lot of balancing, holding, shaking, laughing... Lesley’s sessions enable you to work to your own limit, at your own pace, and with lots of laughs.

Requirements

We recommend you wear what makes you feel comfortable, so shorts and t-shirt if it’s warm, leisure/gym wear if it's not. Neoprene/wetsuit is perfect, if you have them. We can provide wetsuits if you need them, please let us know in advance. Please wear something on your feet if possible, so wet shoes, flip flops or old trainers. Please also bring suntan lotion, and insect spray if you have it, plus a towel, and spare clothes just in case for your journey home (hopefully you won’t need them!). We can look after car keys, but please leave other valuables in your car.


Itinerary

Our SUP Pilates sessions are run by our pilates coach Lesley Holloway. She’ll take you through a series of moves while perfecting your breathing, before relaxing on your board to finish.

Cancellations

Full refunds until 24 hours before your session

  1. Full refund if cancelled at least a full 24h prior to the activity start time.
  2. If the conditions on the day aren’t ideal, we will contact you to rearrange a suitable date.
