This session is being put on to allow SUP paddlers to practice self rescues, and rescues in a nice warm pool environment.

Numbers are limited to just 8 paddlers to ensure there is sufficient space in the pool, and paddlers will be expected to work in pairs for safety.

Please bring your own board and ensure that it is clean before it goes into the pool environment.

Coaching will be offered.

Please bring your own SUP which has been washed and cleaned for use in the pool.
