NWSClub Championships

Llandudno

For the first time in 4 years our Club Championships are back on!

On Saturday 11th Dec we are hosting our first Club Championships on the Llandudno Slope, since our move here post the closure of our old home @PYB, 3.5 years ago.

Open to all Club Members who are eligible (see below), racing will take part over 3 timed runs, with winners in each age group category (M&F) (u10, u12, u14, u16, u18, u21, Seniors, and Masters (over 35's).

Ideal for First Time Racers, there will be 1 hour of practice prior where the course will be set to practice on, and as always at our sessions, coaches will be present and available to give tips, advice encouragement and appropriate feedback where needed.

The racing will comprise of:

MINIS - will compete on a single stubbies course, best run counts.

U14 and above - single full gate course, best 2 timed runs combined to count.

This will also be the first of our Winter Series of races, where points will be awarded over the series, to determine winners in age group and overall categories by the finale event at the end of the Winter Season.

Eligibility requires that participants are full time annual members of the NWSC (see below). They must also be able to control speed, direction, and stop, adequately enough that they can complete a slalom style course down the length of the Llandudno slope.
