Minimum ability - you must be able to control speed and direction from the top of the slope, turn, stop, and use the lift unaided.

IMPORTANT: Please follow the link below to our COVID screening form. You will need to complete this in the 24 hours before your session. If we have not received a complete form you will not be able to attend the session.

Please follow Centre guidelines in relation to COVID19 security. Please observe social distancing precautions at all times when attending this session in particular whilst waiting in the lift queue and whilst waiting at the top of the slope.

Gloves must be worn at all times. You must not remove your gloves whilst on the lift and you must not touch your face with your hands whilst wearing your gloves.

But if you simply wanted to come along and see if you enjoy the session as a one off, then you have the option to do that.

Please select the ‘NWSC temporary membership’ when booking.

You can also pay to join the club via the system here, annual membership (September to September) is £20 for the first family of household member, and then £7.50 for each subsequent household member.

Please follow the link to the online membership form in the email you will receive confirming your booking, or here

What to bring

You can bring your own ski gear or you can use the hire equipment from the Llandudno, included in the price, should you prefer.

You must bring (your own) gloves, and wet weather gear is advised in case of rain.

Bare in mind that there are also sprinklers on the slope to consider.

Helmets are essential for this session.

Skiers must be able to control speed and direction from the top of the slope, turn, stop, and use the lift unaided.

Parents of any children under the age of 16 are expected to remain at the centre, within sight of the slope, in case they are required.

The supervising coach will reserve the right to ask participants to leave the slope should their ability not be up to the required standard, and / or potentially be at imminent risk of harming themselves or others.'

This session is a great way for newcomers to learn some snowsport & racing skills.

The session runs from 4:00 until around 6.00pm, so the sooner you get there the more time you can get out of the session.

You'll be working on lots of new skills and be going through slalom poles and markers.
