Roadford Lake Activity Centre

Came for wing foiling on a weekday
Friendly staff
Lovely big lake
Good facilities (the jet wash could do with board racking and some way to support a wing of they really want you to clean your equipment before going into the water).
The wind was from the west which made it gusty, however, once past half way the wind shadow wasn't too bad.
I'll be back, hopefully in a different wind direction.

Awesome place....lot of activities on offer...
If you don't want to do any sports activities....then there is not much to see other than the site itself...but that's the BEST part.

The "nothing to do" is the best thing if you want to just relax here...it's so peaceful and serene....you got to love this place.
This was our second time here...and we hope to come afain.

Arrived Sunday evening for 1 night very quite only 2 other pitches in use. Pitch 31 great views next to lake. Only downside to being next to the lake not a great night sleep due to the large number of very noisy geese throughout the night.
