Whether you're a complete beginner or just looking to brush up on your skills, our friendly and experienced instructor will guide you through the basics, ensuring you stand up with confidence and glide through the water with ease. You'll enjoy personalised attention and a supportive environment making your first paddleboarding experience both fun and rewarding. With safety as our top priority, you'll learn how to balance, manoeuvre, and master the paddle, all while soaking in the beautiful surrounding views.

    Requirements
    1. Must be able to swim unaided for at least 25m.
    What to bring
    1. Towel
    2. Drinking Water
    3. Spare Clothes
    4. Sun Protection
    5. Old footwear during the warmer months.
    6. Wetsuits are provided but you're more than welcome to bring your own.
    Itinerary
    1. You will spend 15 minutes on the bank learning the uses of the equipment, beginner techniques & self rescue followed by a short but concise safety brief.


    1. We will then launch onto the water and begin implementing the techniques shown to you at the beginning of the session.
    2. We will then develop these techniques in the following appropriate order.
    3. Paddling forwards, backwards and turning strokes in a kneeling position.
    4. Then we'll show you how to rise from your knees into a standing position.
    5. Then we'll have you attempt to move around as you were but this time standing.
    6. We will then encourage you (if you haven't already fallen in) to enter the water and practice self rescues.
    7. The session will end after 1 hour.
    8. We will then review the session to ensure you understood the content that was delivered. We can also highlight areas that may need some more attention on your follow up session.
