2 Hour Guided River Tour

1. Must be able to swim unaided for at least 25m.

1. Towel
2. Drinking Water
3. Spare Clothes
4. Sun Protection
5. Old footwear during the warmer months.
6. Wetsuits are provided but you're more than welcome to bring your own.

1. You will spend 15 minutes on the bank refreshing over the uses of the equipment, beginner techniques & self rescues followed by a short but concise safety brief.

1. We will then launch onto the water and begin paddling our way through the harbour and onto the river.
2. We will attempt to paddle as far as we can on the rising tide before we stop and turn back on the dropping tide making sure to look out for the wildlife along the way.
3. The session will end after 2hr 15mins.
4. We will then review the session once back on dry land.
