BoxWise - non-contact boxing sessions

For young people in secondary school years 7 to 11

Thursdays Term Time; 4.30pm-6pm

Cost: Free


Please note, this is a 10 week course!


BoxWise sessions consist of a warm up and cool down, techniques and teamwork drills, plus bag and one-to-one pad work.


An optional small meal is also provided at the end of each session. Please add as an optional extra so our team can prepare the correct quantity.


We ask that participants wear clothes and trainers that they can move freely in as the sessions are exercise-based.





Booking note

Bookings will initially be made in parent/guardian name and then individual participant details must be added.

Access to these can be found through the booking confirmation email by selecting the link "Invite participant" which will allow you to fill in the young person's details as required and sign the disclaimers. This should be completed at time of booking.


Consent forms will be provided prior to the first session taking place and these will need to be completed by a parent/guardian and returned to Quin.kinghiggins@berkshireyouth.co.uk
