Womens & Girls Boxing

For adults and young people (minimum age 12)


Wednesdays Term Time;

5.30pm-6.30pm


Adult cost: £3.50

Young People cost: Free


Boxing sessions designed to learn new skills and improve fitness in a fun & friendly environment.


Coaching provided by Thames Valley Boxing Club - please note coaches will be male.


We ask that participants wear clothes and trainers that they can move freely in as the sessions are exercise-based.


Booking note

Bookings will initially be made under the name of the person who is completing the booking, and then individual participants must be added, and have disclaimer and questionnaire completed prior to participation. (These can be completed on the day).

Access to these can be found through the booking confirmation email by selecting the link "Invite participant" which will allow you to fill in the young person's details as required and sign the disclaimers. This should be completed at time of booking.

All disclaimers and questionnaires must be completed on the Eola booking system. If not completed, then booking may be cancelled.

Please note; that if booking for more than 1x participant you will need to complete the disclaimer and questionnaire in full for each participant that you book for.









Requirements

  1. Participants must wear trainers when participating.
  2. A participation details form will need to be completed prior to first session, this can be completed on-site or you can email Waterside@berkshireyouth.co.uk and request a "Y23 participant form" to complete and return.
