Want to take your chess skills to the next level?
The Waterside Chess Club introduces our Waterside Chess Tournament! Every week we will host Swiss-Style chess tournaments, pairing you up against players with similar skill levels. These sessions are the perfect way to build your internal elo and skills while cementing yourself forever on the Waterside Chess Club leader board!
A Swiss-Style tournament is an inclusive style of chess tournament where players are paired based off their previous win record in the same session. This ensures matches are played between similarly skilled players so everyone can enjoy the competitive aspect of our club.
Want to scrap the pay-as-you-go? Please see our membership section, where you can become a Waterside Chess Club Member, which allows priority access to tournament sessions with the cost of entry paid for by your membership fee.
