Our Menai Strait & Swellies Guided Play Days are designed for experienced paddlers who want to make the most of this iconic tidal playground. Benefit from expert local knowledge as we guide you to the best features at the right stages of the tide, helping you surf tidal waves, master eddy lines, and refine your paddling with practical coaching throughout the day. Full safety cover is provided, allowing you to focus on developing your skills and enjoying the experience.

Participants should have previous experience paddling in tidal environments, including tide races, or be comfortable on Grade 3 white water.

To ensure a safe, high-quality coaching experience, sessions are limited to a maximum ratio of 1 coach to 4 paddlers.
