Thursday evenings 6.30pm - Yoga on the boards in the evening, is one of the most peaceful nature filled yoga classes you will ever experience. Simple, slow mindful moves that are horizontal- lying on back, front and sides followed by a relaxation whilst you float back down the Thames. We paddle out from Ray Mill Island ( to pick up a hired board) or Boulters Lock ( if you have your own board) and paddle upstream to find the perfect place to tether ( so you must of paddleboarded at least once) .
£20 if you have your own board to join in and ADD ON £15 for board hire. Relax as Tara, our experienced yoga teacher and SUP coach leads you through gentle postures to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. This experience is perfect for beginners looking to learn more about both yoga and paddling in tranquil surroundings.
