A level ground is needed for the sauna as well as good access. Please allow access 1 hour before the booking.

Customers should bring their own towel and suitable swimwear. You can also bring your own drinks but refreshments are provided. Essential oils available at cost.

We will arrive 1 hour prior booking to set up the sauna ready for use. Groups of 8 will take turns in the sauna whilst others can choose to relax or take a cold shower.
