Coasteering (aged 8+)

If you want to experience the thrill of Coasteering; explore the coastline like never before swimming, cliff jumping, diving, climbing and scrambling; our experienced, local instructors will take you on a memorable adventure, leaving you with memories that will last a life time.

1. Age restriction 8+ (flexible depending on conditions)
2. You should feel comfortable with basic swimming
3. You should feel fairly confident with walking on uneven terrain
4. Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating, responsible adult, 16 & 17 year olds need an adult to be in the area or at the centre.

1. Grippy trainers (no water shoes or astro turfs), which will of course get wet.
2. A pair of board shorts to wear over the wetsuits (to protect the wetsuits), shorts should be stretchy to allow room for movement.
3. Socks.
4. Swimwear for underneath the wetsuits.
5. Towels for afterwards.
6. Medication, if applicable
7. A sense of adventure!

1. Arrive at the centre
2. Meet your instructor
3. Change into your kit
4. Walk to the beach (10 mins)
5. Safety briefing
6. Have an amazing time!
