Gain water confidence in the comfort of Auchrannie's spa pool for an hour.
Requisitos
Under-18s must be accompanied in the pool by their parent or legal guardian. Participants are required to wear a helmet. Please inform Kayak Arran in advance if you will need one to be provided.
O que levar
Optional: Helmet designed for kayaking with a CE or UKCA mark.
swimming costume & towel
protective layers e.g. wetsuit or long sleeved shirt and leggings.
swimming goggles (optional).
wetshoes or old trainers
fleece/jacket (for moving equipment from pool to outside to van)
Itinerário
Safety briefing, move equipment to entrance of pool, plan evening, pool session, empty pool, rinse kit (spraydecks etc.), empty boats of water, load on trailer, debrief.
