Surf Fit Pilates

Had such a great first reformer Pilates session. There was 2 of us doing a joint session , it felt really focused and supportive.
Tony was friendly and made sure we were doing everything correctly. Would highly recommend.
We will definitely be going back!

Tony is an excellent Pilates instructor.  He makes his sessions highly informative and he is very sensitive to abilities and goals. He has a lovely small, calm studio with all the equipment needed.   We would highly recommend booking with him.

It wasn't just a great workout, Tony shared so much knowledge and helped us develop a real sense of body awareness that is essential for everyday. The vibe was incredible throughout the session.
