A comprehensive but thoroughly enjoyable introduction to SUP (perfect for anyone who has never been SUPing before).

Theory and practical teaching both on land and on the water.

Itinerário

1 hour with the instructor (20 mins on land theory and 40 mins on the water with practical teaching). The last 30 minutes is independent/freestyle fun on the water to practise what they've been taught.
