Evening Full Moon kayaking

Enjoy an evening paddling session in our single person kayaks on the River Stort near Sawbridgeworth on a full moon evening tour (or nearly Full moon).

These sessions are great for fitness and developing paddling skills after work offering fun with friends on the river. We plan to paddle at Moon rise where possible. We have Kayaks suitable for all types of paddler.

We can be flexible on your start times to suit on request if your heading to us after a journey from work.

Enjoy chilling out on the river watching out for nocturnal bat flights and stars twinkling at a riverside lock whilst paddling up or down river to a pub that offers an evening refreshments and snacks on our longer night paddles.

Being able to lift boat off the rack and return equipment after activity is important. We also have to portage around locks, where you will need to lift the boat out, so being able to carry the boat through a portage will extend your paddling skills.

Bring a snack, a change of clothing, you will get damp and may get wet. A drink and something to wipe down kit, before and after paddling.
