If you are an individual looking to book in, we will hopefully have others booked onto the lesson, as we need a minimum of 2 people, (why not bring a friend to join you?). If you are the only person don't worry, we can either re-schedule to another day with others booked in, or you can always upgrade to a private 1to1 lesson.

Our 1 hour taster session is just long enough to get to grips with the basics.

1. We start with a thorough safety brief, contaning, beach, board, water safety, emergency protocols, board handling and an introduction to the equipment.
2. Learning how to prone paddle.
3. Progressing to knee paddling and working on board control and paddling techniques.
4. Finally learning full stand up paddling
5. Practice with tuition as our expert coaches, provide tips and advice, to help you improve for the last few minutes of the lesson.
