Stand Up Paddleboarding with Ana 

UPDATE

After being ill for most of this year, I got back out on the water with the lovely Ana today.  Another fabulous session, calmly chatting and paddling on our beautiful river in Tonbridge.

What an AMAZING couple of lessons I’ve had with Ana! She’s so knowledgeable, calm, encouraging and kind - just such a great coach!

My first 1:1 session was on the lovely Medway in Tonbridge and it was great to peacefully explore my home town from the water.

For my second 1:1 session, we were unable to use the river due to blue-green algae. Ana has worked really hard to keep her business afloat (pun intended!!) through this difficult time and has been able to use a beautiful and peaceful private lake nearby. It was gorgeous!

With Ana’s encouragement I’ve now bought my own paddleboard and will be joining her for social paddles, SUP yoga and SUP gong baths. Can’t wait to get on the water with her again!

We had a fantastic few hours with Ana today on one of her family sessions. She is great with kids, quickly established a rapport, builds their confidence through play, they learned a lot and had great fun. I now feel confident in their abilities to get our own boards.  I’ve also been to one of the lake swim / SUP sessions and a group of friends have enjoyed a guided SUP down the Medway. Would highly highly recommend!

We had such a great afternoon with Ana. We booked a family paddle boarding session as a birthday gift and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our weekend.

Ana was really friendly, calm and easygoing, which made everyone feel comfortable straight away. She gave us lots of helpful tips and guidance and led us along the river at a relaxed pace while sharing advice throughout and fun activity options like jumping for a swim and experimenting poses on the boards.

Booking was really easy and the meeting point was simple to find - right next to the parking on the river side. Ana also had spare dry bags and waterproof phone cases available, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even better as we’d forgotten to bring ours!

Overall, such a lovely experience ..relaxed, well organised and really enjoyable! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun afternoon on the river. Thank you Ana!
