Amazing place to visit with little ones. The climbing walls are great they really do help your little explorers gain confidence and face their fears. The staff do a great job too, making sure the children have their harness on correctly before taking part in this activity. Cafe is very clean and not too pricey, and I would recommend this place to other parents.

Visited many times over the last few years. Once or twice for the gym but mainly for the soft play / climbing walls.
Large carpark with tennis courts outside, easy found from th main road and well signposted.
There's a small cafe / Costa in the entrance and clean tidy toilets/showers.
At the time of writing the climbing wall is £10.20 for an hour session and seems really fun and there's a instruction video for safety and everyone is well taken care of. £5.50 for the soft play which seems suitable from babies to apprix 10 years old, not sure if there's a time limit but  we didn't get kicked out at any time  😂 lots of variety for food and drinks as well as vending machines. There's a barcode system (given when paid )  to get in and out of the soft play area which is good in case a little one tried to make a run for it 😂 kind and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Active Nation Birchwood’s indoor soft play centre is the ultimate climbing, bouncing and playing adventure. An Active Play adventure is the ideal activity for children. Our soft play sessions are 1 hour in length which should be plenty of time to play and explore with your friends. Class passes include 10 visits to our soft play. Soft Play (10 Visits) 

Voucher is valid for 10 climbs to be used within 4 months Each wall is designed and themed differently, with a variety of difficulties for the ultimate challenge. The great thing is that no experience is needed at all, we’ll get you safely strapped into the harness and it’s go go go as you race to the top and complete the challenges. Our climbing adventures are 1hr in length and include a full safety briefing and harness fitting.
