Descrição
We'll take those of you who have never been on a paddleboard through basic strokes for getting moving. Don't worry if you are nervous about standing up, we start by kneeling and move to standing when more confident.
For those with more experience, we'll help you build your skills and make sure you have a great time!
Be sure to also check out our Adult SUP and SUP 'n' Splash activities!
Included in the session price - SUP, wetsuit, paddle, buoyancy aid, and coaching
Bring along with you - old trainers or water shoes, swimming costume, towel and clothing for after, any of your own equipment if you'd prefer to use that
