FOILFEST 26

We're back with our annual community based watersports event, but this year we're making things even more foily and even more fun!

With a number of different activities planned suitable for different conditions and accessible to all levels and different disciplines of foiling. This will be an event not to miss

We plan to run three fun events.

A one hour marathon race for all foil classes, subject to conditions. The most laps in 60minutes wins.

Fun foildrive course. Motor in to the start line and glide / pump as far as you can.......longest distance wins.

Foildrive pump race........motor out to a mark, pump/glide/wave ride in to the inner mark, motor back out. Most laps wins!

This is a 1 day event, scheduled for Saturday 4th. We will hold Sunday 5th as a roll-over option conditions pending.

1. Third party insurance - we recommend a BKSA Membership (and a temporary event membership is available if you don't hold a full BKSA membership)
2. Ability; you don't have to be an aspiring Olympian - this is all about having fun on the water and getting as many of you out there and giving it a go. Consistent flights in a straight line on the foil is a good base level.

There will be a mandatory participant registration on Sat 4th July where you will receive all event and competition format details for the day.

Riders briefing will then be held at a time to be confirmed
