Descrição
Feeling like you want to take your White Water Stand Up Paddleboard skills to the next level, then this course is for you. Your skills will be put to the test making small eddies, punching through holes and ferry glides. Tom Westaway will be using sophisticated performance coaching techniques to ensure you get the most out of your time on the course.
Participants need to be confident swimmers & able to paddle on grade 2 white water
Participants on this activity must be 18 years old or over.
**A minimum of 02 people is required for this workshop to run. CIWW reserves the right to cancel the workshop at short notice if minimum numbers are not met**

Love cardiff white water!!! Park and play for £14 for 2.5 hrs is so good. Loads of other bits to do including rafting, duckies, rings and climbing. Such a good modern facility. Could not recommend more
