£20 per person for 1 hour. Must be able to paddleboard for your own safety.

Taking your yoga to the water means fun, humility, core strength, tranquillity and an intense mind-body-water connection.

Relax your body and mind as you surround yourself on the beautiful River Avon. Meditate with the amazing wildlife as you perform Yoga on a SUP board.

Core strength is essential in keeping upright and effective paddling, so any work on the board will engage and use your core muscles.

As with all yoga, time spent moving and holding poses with your breath helps to develop better body awareness and breathing. Being on the water can be both calming and rejuvenating, helping you achieve a relaxed and clear mind whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings and nature.

What to bring

  1. Yoga wear.
  2. Swimwear, Shorts/Boardies
  3. Old trainers/water boots
  4. Towel
  5. Glasses strap if needed
  6. Water or drink

All other equipment will be supplied.


  1. Completed ready to ride or equivalent.
  2. Under 18's accompanied by an adult on the water.
  3. Children over the age of 12.
  4. Able to swim 25 metres.
