The SHACs Fast-track SUP Session with The SHACs Head SUP Coach Skip specifically designed to combine both the core skills intro session with the masterclass on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis.

The Course is 1.5hrs long and will get you paddling with knowledge and style. SUP has a low barrier to entry allowing newcomers to the sport to be able to learn the basics relatively quickly, The SHACs Fast-track SUP Session will equip you with the skills and understanding of SUP that will allow you to take the sport onto moving water, rivers, the ocean and other more challenging environments.
